THE SEASON OF DIVINE TRANSFORMATION

"Then cometh he to a city of Samaria, which is called Sychar, near to the parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph. Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well: and it was about the sixth hour.  There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink. The woman saith unto him, Sir, give me this water, that I thirst not, neither come hither to draw.  The woman then left her water pot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men,"- John  4:5 -7, 15 & 28

The sixth hour is the season of divine transformation for those who dare to believe the transforming power of the Gospel. For example, in John 4: 4- 42, a woman who was considered to be a complete failure - maritally, socially,  spiritually, materially suddenly experienced an unprecedented divine turnaround at the sixth hour after she heard the gospel. This poor woman who had earlier left her home secretly with a pot to fetch water later returned to the city as a major marketer, advertiser and promoter of the living waters in Samaria. The woman who was frustrated, worried, dejected and confused later walked back home in the sixth hour with great joy bubbling within her soul. Heaven terminated her season of rejection, frustration, failure, shame, and defeat after Jesus Christ spoke words of healing, restoration and transformation into the broken, insecure, empty places of her life. Then, Jesus made her an offer that only a fool will reject (John 4:13-14). But this woman was wise enough to accept the offer as she hurriedly throw away her old religious belief and archaic theologies to accept the true gospel (John 4:15). She gladly abandoned her ancient waterpot and embraced God's agenda of divine transformation. God restored her dignity, carried out a special spiritual heart transplant in her and she became a living testifier of the mighty power of God. After that sixth hour encounter with Jesus, that confused, morally bankrupt, social outcast and maritally doomed, economically impoverished woman became a divine signpost pointing people to the narrow way (John 4:28-30 & 39). What a great transformation? 

"The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men, Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ? Then they went out of the city, and came unto him. And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did" - John 4:28-30 & 39

Beloved, welcome to the sixth day of the sixth month/hour of year 2019. As the Lord lives, the same power that changed the broken destiny of that Samaritan woman in the sixth hour will invade your destiny this month to orchestrate your long awaited divine transformation. Before the sixth hour of this year is over, God will give you testimonies  of divine transformation that will be too difficult for people to believe in Jesus name. Songs of failure will change to songs of victory in Jesus name. With His strong and mighty hands, the God of all flesh will deal with everything that is beating the drums of defeat, failure, poverty, stagnation in your home, career, business, marriage, health, ministry, state and nation in Jesus name. God will silent every voice that is speaking the language of perpetual war and battle into your life in Jesus name.  Amen

Friends, our time and season of transformation has finally come. Are you ready for great transformation or turnaround - maritally, academically,  spiritually,  materially ? Then, you must not reject the offer of salvation that Jesus Christ is making to you today (Matthew 11:28-30). You must surrender your life completely to Jesus Christ. Like that Samaritan woman, abandon your empty water pot and let the Saviour give you the living waters to quench your thirst. Then, God will use your life to showcase His wonders of transformation to the whole world. The Holy Spirit will replicate the awesome transformation story (recorded in John 4:4-42) summarised in this powerful hymn/song below in your life.

My prayer for you and my humble self is that the wonder working power of God will change or transform us inside out in the sixth hour of this year. We shall receive grace to act like that wise Samaritan woman who went throughout the town sharing the good news and her testimony with everyone. And through our testimonies and witnesses, God will rescue many people who have boarded the terrible aircrafts flying to the place of eternal torment in Hell.
